6-1

Most complete game of the season on both sides of the ball:

Offense:
Committed zero turnovers and allowed zero sacks
Controlled the ball 42:58 of a possible 60 minutes
Ran for 221 yards, averaging 4.5 yards a carry
Ben Roethlisberger completed 75% of his passes

Defense:
Forced 4 turnovers, leading to 24 points (including an INT return for a TD)
Sacked Tom Brady 4 times
Held New England to a total of 5 yards rushing

Up next, the 7-0 Philadelphia Eagles in a game that goes a bit beyond simple state bragging rights.

Dear Bitter Browns Fan,

No gloat. A simple list of statistical facts from one game out of sixteen. In addition, while mentioning next week's tilt, I made no prediction. I certainly acknowledge what a tough contest it will be. I fully believe it will take an equal, if not greater effort by my beloved team if they hope to come away victorious.

Also, Cleveland sucks. Luv ya!

That game was the most fun I've had watching football, since you and I watched Kordel Stewart (who?), rally from way behind to beat the Ravens way back in 97. Damn that sportsbar you took me too had some good breakfast!

Oh yeah, The Cleve Brownies stink too.

Ah yes, the late lamented Jersey's. Gone but not forgotten. I go to Jillian's now. Less cozy, but you can count on them being open before kick off.
