Singer/songwriter Chan Marshall is deeply engaging and this collection frames her music perfectly. On the surface, the concept may remind some of Jack Johnson's Thicker Than Water or September Sessions, but the execution is completely different. A definite must own for fans, but worth checking out by music fans who can appreciate an artist performing her songs in their inspired environment.
